When do we meet?
We meet the third Monday of every other month with the exception of August & December. Meetings are held from 7:00pm(doors open at 6:30 to meet and greet) to 8:30pm. We serve light refreshments as this is a casual meeting where all are welcome and have a voice.
What are the meetings about?
We receive updates from our city services including Fire & Police Departments, as well as updates from a City Council Representative, and our Representatives to the Council of Neighborhoods. We also invite our Lowell Elementary PTA or school program managers if they have projects to share. We usually have a speaker to present a topic that involves our neighborhood such as the Snohomish Bicycle Trail planning, Lowell Park playground design and installation, or something of interest to our community.
You are welcome to submit an idea for speaker in our group meetings as we appreciate and encourage participation in our neighborhood.
We then discuss our current business and neighborhood projects. There is usually a history moment as well.
