Who We Are

We are the Lowell Civic Association, also known as the Lowell Neighborhood Association. We come together at least once a month to discuss things affecting our community, and work to strengthen the bonds that tie us together as neighbors.

Where & When We Meet

We meet the third Monday of every other month with the exception of August & December. Meetings are held from 7:00pm(doors open at 6:30 for socializing) to 8:30pm at the Lowell Community Church. 5218 S. 2nd Ave, Everett, WA 98203.
